Coordinates various office support services, including purchasing and facilities management, which may include the following:

  • Supervises office administrative staff
  • Manages Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Trains and coaches employees
  • Acts as a liaison between executives and clients/customers
  • Provides executive support
  • Establishes cost-effective vendor relationships
  • Resolves issues and complaints
  • Oversees shipping/receiving and inventory
  • Professional in appearance and attitude
  • Organized and multiple-task-oriented
  • Strong leader with good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and QuickBooks
  • Articulate, as the incumbent will converse with clients and upper management
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

  • Three or more years of experience

  • Performs typing, word processing, filing, faxing
