Our Screening Process

Each candidate undergoes an in-depth in-person or telephone interview where we identify their short- and long-term career objectives, learn about job preferences and personal motivators, determine strengths and weaknesses, and assess problem-solving and time-management skills. Many of our interview questions are behavior-based in order to better evaluate performance.

a.e.s. is able to test, evaluate, and train our candidates on the following computer programs:

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
  • Speed-Typing, Ten-Key
  • A/R, A/P, Payroll, Bookkeeping, General Accounting
  • Business Letters – Composing and Editing
